At our open water clinic you will learn the skills necessary to feel calmer and more prepared for your next triathlon or open water swim event, since preparation feeds confidence, which leads to performance. You will leave the clinic feeling much more prepared for your next race.

Warming up is crucial for open water success, but often you're not allowed in before the start—we'll show you how to warm up on dry land before your race.
If you don't know where you are going, you will needlessly add distance and time to your swim. We will teach you how to stay on course.
Swimming among others is very different from swimming in a pool lane all by yourself. We will teach you that it's not as bad as it seems!
Many swimmers avoid drafting because they are intimidated about contact. Don't surrender this important way to gain FREE SPEED.
