During Your Phone Call We'll:

  • Examine WHAT has been going wrong in your training up until this point. Are you training enough? Too much? Not taking enough rest? Do you not know how to fuel effectively? Are you confused by coaches who say you should be doing "HIIT" and other coaches who say you should be doing "Zone 2?" We'll dispel the myths and give you actionable takeaways from the free call.
  • Show you what EFFECTIVE training looks like. Most coaching companies either A) use templates and training plan modules to give the feel of custom workouts, but don't actually respond to who YOU are athletically. We'll give you some examples of what training with us might look like.

  • Analyze recent workouts or races. Curious about a race file or a session you've completed recently? Bring us the data and we'll dig into it, lending you insight you might have missed elsewhere.
  • Talk about literally ANYTHING that might be holding you back. At Campfire, our six coaches have something like close to century of coaching experience altogether. If you want to ask us anything, we'll probably have an answer or be able to help you find one.
